Last Door Recovery Society has been providing addiction treatment and support services since 1984. 

Last Door has two core programs, Last Door Youth Program serving 14 - 18 year olds, and Last Door Adult Program serving males 19 and over. 

Last Door also offers several adjunct programs including Last Door Family Program, to help families recover from the effects of addiction in their lives, and our ongoing open ended free to access alumni programs. 

Our core philosophy of providing abstinence supported, evidence based, quality addiction treatment has remained intact over the years. The level and types of services have increased over the years as we respond to community needs. 

Our programs continue to grow ever year with the support of people like yourself! Last Door’s mission is the provision of supportive, therapeutic environments where individuals and families experiencing problematic substance use can get support and guidance while restoring their mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health. 

Last Door serves over 400 individuals and thousands of collaterals per year, we help people to overcome addiction and restore themselves to a positive state of health. We are organizers of the largest addiction recovery festival in the world (Recovery Day BC), we host Talk Recovery Radio, we are the organizers of Recovery Capital Conference – a contemporary Canada-wide addiction recovery education symposium. We help people get their lives back.

Last Door Recovery Society is Metro Vancouver’s premier drug and alcohol treatment centre. Last Door provides addiction recovery services in a licensed accredited environment and has been providing these addiction treatment services for over 35 years.

We are a community that inspires recovery founded on the principles of compassion, trust, faith, integrity, diversity, fun and unity to provide therapeutic environments in which individuals and families suffering from addiction issues are assisted in developing skills necessary to live free in recovery.
